Who we are
This website belongs to Naomi Osei Consulting, based in Ashby Falls, OH. When this page says “we,” it means the practice. You can reach us at hello@naomiosei.example.com.
What we collect
We collect only what you type into a form on this site. The consultation request form asks for your name, your email address, your company or organization, the service you are interested in, a short description of the project and your preferred days and times. The email list form asks for your first name and your email address. Neither form asks for personal, financial or health details, and we ask you not to include them.
Our website host keeps ordinary server logs (such as the date and your browser type) so the site stays online and secure.
How we use it
We use your information to answer your request and, if you joined the email list, to send you the monthly note. We follow up by email only. Every email gives you a way to unsubscribe, and you can also write to us at any time to stop hearing from us.
We do not sell your information
We never sell your information or use it for advertising. We share it only with the tools we use to receive and answer your messages, such as our website host and our email system, and only so they can do that job for us.
Payments and links
This website never handles money. Any link to pay, register or give leads to another website run by a secure provider, and that provider follows its own privacy policy. Links to social networks and video services work the same way.
Children
This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, email hello@naomiosei.example.com and we will delete it.
How long we keep it
We keep a form message for as long as we need it to answer you and to keep ordinary business records, about two years after your last contact. Ask us any time and we will delete yours sooner.
Your choices
You can ask us what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@naomiosei.example.com or call (614) 555-0162.
Changes
If we change this policy we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
