Operations strategist
Naomi Osei
I help founder led companies and growing nonprofits replace heroics with systems, so the organization runs on process instead of memory.

Services
Four engagements
Each engagement has a fixed scope, a fixed fee and a written deliverable. You will know what you are buying before you buy it.

3. Fractional operations lead
Two days a week for six to twelve months. I run operations while you hire or grow the person who will.

4. Leadership cadence
The weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings that keep a leadership team honest. Installed in ninety days, then handed over.

Services in detailHow an engagement runs
Four steps, one handover
No long sales cycle and no surprise invoices. This is what happens after you send the form.
Step 01
Diagnose
A fifty minute conversation, at no cost, to hear what is slowing you down and decide together whether I am the right help.
Step 02
Scope
Within three business days you receive a one page proposal: what we will do, what it will cost and what you will have at the end.
Step 03
Install
We meet on a fixed rhythm. You see progress every week on a shared board, and nothing is built that your team has not seen.
Step 04
Hand over
Every engagement ends with documentation, a trained owner for each system and a follow up call thirty days later.

About
Naomi Osei
I spent fourteen years running operations inside organizations before I began advising them. The work I do now is the work I wish someone had done for me in year three. I am direct, I write everything down and I will not sell you a service you do not need.
I am a Christian, and I try to work the way my faith asks: honestly, on time and for your good. You do not need to share my faith to work with me.

Email list
One note a month
A short email on the first Tuesday of each month: one operations idea you can use that week, and what I am learning from current work. No sales pitches.
Consult
Request a consultation
A fifty minute working session. Bring the problem that is costing you sleep and we will decide together whether an engagement makes sense.
Consultations are by video or phone, at no cost. New engagements usually begin four to six weeks out.
