Naomi Osei
Naomi Osei, operations strategist. Based in Ashby Falls, OH.
Naomi Osei grew up in Columbus, the daughter of a nurse and a mechanic, and learned early that the quiet person who keeps the schedule is often the one holding everything together.
She spent her first years after graduate school as a program manager for a county health initiative, then six years as director of operations for a regional food bank, where she led the team through a merger, a warehouse move and two software changes without missing a distribution day.
In 2021 she opened her own practice. The organizations that most needed good operations help were the ones that could least afford a large firm. She keeps her client list short on purpose, so that every engagement gets her full attention.
Naomi lives in Ashby Falls with her husband and their two children. She reads history, runs slowly and serves on the finance team at her church.
I am a Christian, and I try to work the way my faith asks: honestly, on time and for your good. You do not need to share my faith to work with me.
